孔祥东将携两部俄罗斯钢琴巨作开启2024新年音乐会

12月18日下午，《友邦之夜——孔祥东2024年新年音乐会》新闻发布会在上海爱乐乐团爱乐厅隆重举行。我国著名钢琴演奏家孔祥东先生、上海爱乐乐团团长、党总支副书记高山峰先生、友邦人寿首席客户官姜利民先生，以及全国数十家媒体记者出席本次新闻发布会。新闻发布会由著名节目主持人张民权主持。

将于2024年1月26日（周五）晚在捷豹上海交响乐团音乐大厅上演的《友邦之夜——孔祥东2024年新年音乐会》，是钢琴演奏家孔祥东先生继今年10月震撼回归古典乐坛的“拉三”音乐会之后，再一次携手由常任指挥张亮先生领衔的上海爱乐乐团，为全国乐迷们精心策划的一场音乐盛宴。而本场“新年音乐会”的最大亮点，是孔祥东将连续演绎《柴可夫斯基第一钢琴协奏曲》与《拉赫玛尼诺夫第二钢琴协奏曲》两部脍炙人口而又充满激情浪漫的俄罗斯钢琴经典巨作，这也将成为中国古典音乐会现场中几十年间不曾见到的景象。

上海爱乐乐团团长高山峰先生表示：“孔祥东老师于今年10月13日携手上海爱乐副团长、常任指挥张亮先生与乐团艺术家们，共同为申城观众献上被誉为“技巧之最”的拉赫玛尼诺夫《第三钢琴协奏曲》音乐会并获得巨大成功。时隔三月，上海爱乐乐团很荣幸与孔祥东老师再度合作，接连奉上柴可夫斯基《第一钢琴协奏曲》及拉赫玛尼诺夫《第二钢琴协奏曲》两部伟大的作品，带给大家一场全新的音乐盛宴。”

“柴一”“拉二”同场连弹，孔祥东的历史情缘 

关于即将同时上演的两部俄罗斯经典作品，孔祥东在新闻发布会现场侃侃而谈:“这两首钢琴作品无疑是所有钢琴文献中最受世界爱乐者喜爱的，也是所有钢琴家们最向往演奏的作品。此次再度与张亮先生和上海爱乐乐团合作这两部作品，对我个人无疑是一个极大的激励。”

孔祥东与“柴一”的不解之缘始于1984年恩师范大雷先生教授孔祥东《柴可夫斯基第一钢琴协奏曲》，随后孔祥东便在1985年初文化部主办的全国钢琴比赛中凭借此曲获得了第一名。1985年11月，由当时刚从德国留学回来的石叔诚先生担任指挥，孔祥东与当时的中央乐团（现在的中国国家交响乐团）在北京海淀剧场再次完美演绎了这首钢琴协奏曲，那也是孔祥东先生首次和交响乐团合作钢琴协奏曲。

当谈到“拉二”的演绎时，孔祥东的眼中则充满了回忆。“第一次听到拉赫玛尼诺夫第二钢琴协奏曲是恩师范大雷先生带着我去他朋友王培良先生的家里，记得那是82年9月的一个下午，在安福路一个弄堂房子的二楼，窗外的初秋余晖照进屋内，黑胶唱片在唱机上放出拉二协奏曲开头几小节后，自己的眼泪便随着旋律情不自禁地流淌了出来……”

Xiangdong Kong to kick off 2024 New Year Concert

The press conference for the "AIA Night – Kong Xiangdong 2024 New Year Concert" was held at the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra Hall in the afternoon of December 18th. Hosted by the well-known TV host Zhang Minquan, the Chinese pianist Mr. Kong Xiangdong, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SPO, Mr. Gao Shanfeng, AIA Life Chief Customer Officer Mr. Jiang Limin, and journalists from dozens of national media outlets attended the press conference.

Scheduled for the evening of January 26, 2024 (Friday) at the Jaguar Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Music Hall, the "AIA Night – Kong Xiangdong 2024 New Year Concert" is a meticulously programmed musical feast for music fans across the country. Following his stunning return concert with the " Rach 3" concert in October of this year, Mr Kong once again collaborates with the Shanghai Philharmonic for this New Year's concert. Under the baton of Zhang Liang, the deputy director & resident conductor of Shanghai Phil, Mr. Kong will challenge two classical masterpieces for a concert, Tchaikovsky's "Piano Concerto No. 1" and Rachmaninoff's "Piano Concerto No. 2," both filled with passion and romance and beloved by the world’s audience. The program will be a spectacle not seen in the live classical music hall in China for decades.

Mr. Gao Shanfeng, the President of the Shanghai Philharmonic, stated, "On October 13th of this year, along with Mr. Kong we presented the acclaimed 'pinnacle of skill' Rachmaninoff's 'Piano Concerto No. 3' concert for the Shanghai audience, achieving tremendous success. After a three-month interval, It is honored to collaborate once again with Mr. Kong presenting consecutively the magnificent works of Tchaikovsky's 'Piano Concerto No. 1' and Rachmaninoff's 'Piano Concerto No. 2,' offering everyone a brand new musical feast."

These two piano pieces are undoubtedly the most beloved among all piano literature worldwide, and they are also the works that all pianists yearn to perform. Mr. Kong spoke with full of profound meaning, Collaborating once again with Mr. Zhang Liang and the Shanghai Phil on these two works is a great inspiration and honor for me.

Kong Xiangdong's enduring connection with "Tchai 1st" (Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1) began in 1984 when his mentor, Mr. Fan Dalei, taught him the concerto. Then in early 1985, Kong won the first place in the national piano competition organized by the Ministry of Culture with this piece. In November 1985, under the baton of Mr. Shi Shucheng, who had recently returned from Germany, Kong collaborated with the Central Orchestra (now the China National Symphony Orchestra) at the Haidian Theater in Beijing, delivering a perfect rendition of this piano concerto. That also marked Mr. Kong Xiangdong's first collaboration with an orchestra in performing a piano concerto.

When talking about the interpretation of "Rach 2nd" (Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2), Mr. Kong's eyes are filled with memories. "The first time I heard Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 was when my mentor, Mr. Fan Dailai, took me to Mr. Wang Peiliang's home. I remember it was a September afternoon in 1982, on the second floor of a lane house on Anfu Road in Shanghai. The autumn sunlight outside the window illuminated the room. After a few bars of t played on the record player, my tears couldn't help but flow with the melody…"
